Masculine Identity
Masculine Identity
Trust is the basis of help and it all begins with hearing and believing one another and I hear you. I’m a coach with the passion, expertise, and experience to help you on that journey of life to embrace dignity, purpose and honor in all times and ways. Coach with James, CwJ, is a unique blend of relational clinical care with a goal to help you achieve the maturity of self-definition in the development toward an “Honorable You”. We’ll pay attention to that which entangles masculinity and then working collaboratively to enlarge the understanding which will help to restructure and strengthen that design for you. It’s not easy living well in our time and culture. Simply being male isn’t enough – you’ll need a life strategy to go along with that. If you ever wondered when the right time for this exploration might be – it’s now. Men are so familiar with their “masculinity” (ignorance, denial, fear) – which thereby subjects them to a devastating hopelessness. Masculinity in our day is crying for a relief from a misconstrued dysfunction; so be in the company of the well and free. If you Coach with James (CwJ) – then you’ll learn the most important aspects of wellbeing, – “becoming honorably you” – secured in your pursuit of life because it’s all rooted in a healthy you. Coach with James has a plan for you to maneuver through modern day life complexities to a successful living outcome. This coaching strategy has been crafted to address the obstacles to becoming “honorably you”. Men easily identify with that phrase but are shutdown as to how to move forward in that direction and that’s where CwJ will help.

That’s so true, so when life ain’t working, change it up.
If masculine identity is the issue (which I believe it to be) then key questions must be considered.
- What is masculine identity?
- Is this discussion political?
- Who defines your masculinity?
- Are you able to ignore the cultural voice?
- What are the characteristics and values of masculinity?
- Does it arise from nature or nurture?
- Is masculinity a singular expression?
- Can you own and live your identity?
- What prevents you from living your identity?
