Values
For those who might wonder about the name, Coach with James, CwJ – allow me to offer an explanation. The use of the term Coach is easy to describe; in a face-to-face conversation (in person or virtual) we’ll identify areas in your life where improvements can be made in character, pursuit or passion. We’re reaching out because of a certain awareness that you are not all that you would like to be and that you’re unsure how to proceed towards the “Honorable You”. Secondly, through an ardent mentorship style we’ll offer a personalized “shaping” of you for a desired outcome” – transformation. CwJ distinguishes itself from other coaching models in that it isn’t strategically accomplishing a specific goal for a designated achievement in a set time – but rather taking time to craft the “Honorable You”.
There are no shortages of life questions as we contemplate how to translate our values into action. We may have a variety of distinct values, but we must ask are they truly important and do they speak for us in moments of decision. We will explore this dynamic and create a certainty that allows just that. Values are none other than the principles which structure our behavior. We want our values to be affective and have an effect in the arena of our communities and this is possible if we engage well this learning journey. We all have histories and reputations and for the majority of us we only wish that we had a second chance in this domain to get it right again. These trajectories of historic negative influences are correctable and we can get back on course by revaluing our lives and relaunching our honorable selves. It also needs to be said that the agreement for mentorship learning services will be absolutely confidential. It’s the only way that this process could ever work – so you have our guarantee of a respectful dialogue.
